Before and after picsOkay first things first the length is awesomeThe elasticity is wonderfulWhen it comes to the wrapping part of the band I would suggest that you wrap the sections in the front much closer together than that of the backIt really improves on one's posture however it's hard to bend in at first but you definitely have to get use to itMy first time wearing it was very challenging for me I took it off 2 hrs after putting it on, I tried to sleep it in once it wasn't bad but it wasn't comfortable for me,now I can go 6 hrs without taking off within a week of getting it.Hope this helps

Just got this today. And i love it i can't believe it works. Only thing is i need to take the piece that hold it together more to the side and it didn't roll down on me it stayed in one spot. THIS IS A MUST BUYWILL ORDER ANOTHER ONE TO HAVE ON THE SIDE!!!
